This simple morning activity will set you up for the rest of the day





Today I'm sharing a quick and easy tip to get you organised and motivated for the day ahead. It takes less than two minutes and if you time it right, it makes you feel like you are winning at life instead of trying to catch up with it.

The tip is to make your bed as soon as you get out of it.


That’s right - as soon as your feet hit the floor in the morning, you want to make your bed.


It sounds small, but when you finish making it and take a step back to look at your bedroom, that one task brings the whole room together at a glance, and motivates you to do the next simple step to tidying your own bedroom, which is usually putting yesterday’s clothes in the hamper and taking water glasses out to the kitchen ready to be washed.

Your whole room has now become a haven for the rest of the day (you can escape to it anytime you need to) and you haven’t even been up for 5 minutes!
